We established ourselves in the year 1986. We started as a trading company dealing in flexible metal hoses. After gaining our experience in the trading field and constant input from our valued customers we started our own weld shop to cater to the customized orders from our loyal and valued customers.
Over the years of gaining experience we started manufacturing metallic expansion joints as per design and specifications provided by our customers. Now our team of experienced personnel are capable of designing and providing tailor made solutions according to EJMA standards.
Our experience in the design and implementation of expansion joints gives you confidence that you have choose the optimal solution for the modern construction of the pipeline. This means that we do projects and produce expansion joints in accordance with customer requirements. Furthermore, we are often involved together with our customers in designing and developing new products. AA Expansion Joints Pvt. Metallic Expansion Joints (MEJ)
AA Expansion joints Pvt. Ltd offer all Type of Metal Expansion Joints (MEJ). Each Type Used for Different Applications, different process conditions like Air, Steam, Liquid etc, and It is maintenance free with internal sleeve, According to the Piping System.
MEJ can withstand Temperature, Pressure and Absorbs Movements.
Single Expansion Joint
This is a Basic Pipe Expansion joints, with single bellow elements, and End fitting designed mostly for Axial Movements.
Universal Expansion Joint
This type of MEJ consists of Two Set of Bellow Element Connected by Intermediate Center Pipe / Spool. It absorbs large amount of lateral movement in piping system.
Hinged Expansion Joint
This type of Expansion Joints are used for single plane bending movements it Oscillated with Hinges. Its absorbs Single plane Angular Movements.
Gimbal Expansion Joint
Gimbal Expansion Joints are mainly used for Angular movement in any plane.
Pressure Balanced
This type of bellow is applicable for combined movement of Axial, Lateral and Angular Rotation.
Rectangular Joints
Based on the piping system at Customer End customized Rectangular Expansion Joints can be designed.
We Offer MEJ of Circular, Rectangular, Hexagonal, and Octagonal Shapes based on Customer Requirements.
